• Terrible! Engineer serviced the boiler & I took the front panel off to see all was OK inside & that there were no leaks.There was a sizable leak on the bottom inside panel so I investigated where it came from & saw the leak was coming from the sump spigot & 90 degree hose that connects to the siphon.The had not assembled this hose properly.I had to take it off & saw that he had broken the spigot & a the piece had wedged inside the hose. I spoke to the MD & he had the audacity to say that the part was faulty & had corroded (its plastic). He also commented that it's a "known fact" that this is a weak point on the sump & that it becomes brittle over time & breaks.He said that they would have to charge for the part & fitting which infuriated me. What really annoyed me is the MD "evaluating" the issue over the phone & putting the onus on the component being faulty without even visiting my house.He simply did not want to cough up. Shambolic & will never use again.
