• Welcome back. I've always thought your small chips were too many to get on my plate when I got them home. Maybe the large fish and large peas take up too much room.

• We have always enjoyed the fish & chips from mereside chippy. The fish is succulent and the sizes are good, plus it's one of a dwindling number of outlets (in blackpool anyway) that still serve decent chips, not 'fries' those thin things that taste powdery and have never seen a potato in their lives. Hoorah for mereside chipshop (lol).

• Ordered a small chips, peas and gravy and was given scrap ends, half a tin of mushy peas and a spoonful of gravy! Ended up making my own gravy at home to top up as it was way too dry. Also ordered a small chips and a large chips, there wasn't much difference in size but a big difference in price, very disappointed. Quality and portion sizes need sorting out and then maybe i would order from here again.
